We are one of India's largest manufacturers of Thermoplastic Road Marking materials, having a fully automatic manufacturing facility to manufacture road marking materials. We are the only company in India to have a fully equipped laboratory approved by the National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories (NABL) for in-house testing of Hot Applied Thermoplastic Paints and Cold Applied Plastic Paints boasting calibrated equipment and manned with dedicated technical staff. /p>
The application process for hot-applied thermoplastic paint is relatively quick. Once applied, it cools and solidifies rapidly, allowing for fast reopening of the road. Due to its advantages like reflectivity, durability, luminance, ease of application, and cost-effectiveness, the Hot Applied Thermoplastic Paint is preferred by all government and private users for centreline, edge line, zebra crossing, speed breaker, etc. on both bituminous and concrete roads and bridges.
Hot-applied Thermoplastic Paint can be used on heavy-traffic roads like State Highways/National Highways/Expressways or any other roads/surfaces.
Cold-applied plastic paints are ready-to-use and can be applied directly to the road surface using standard road marking equipment such as airless sprayers or extrusion machines. This eliminates the need for specialized heating equipment. These paints typically dry quickly after application, allowing for faster reopening of the road. Quick drying times contribute to minimal traffic disruption and increased efficiency in road marking projects.
It is recommended for high-traffic areas to perform excellently in areas like pedestrian crossings which are more prone to wearing out. It can also be applied on newly laid bitumen surfaces or concrete surfaces.
2-pack cold curing solvent free compound, based on acrylic resins for Spray and Screed Application of Cold Plastic. It is even suited for hand application.
Hot applied thermoplastic paint can be used on medium to heavy traffic Bitumen or Concrete surfaces. However they are especially designed for area identification markings.
